​Considering it boasts the largest concentration of organic farms in the state, it’s no surprise that the North Fork Valley is where the farm actually meets the table.  The farm-to-table philosophy embraces a sustainable approach to agriculture and dining. At its heart, the concept is simple: there is value in eating locally. Food champions say it tastes better, it’s more nutritious and it puts less stress on the environment.
